What drink makes you feel your most engaged?

J Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum & coconut water.

Who or what should take credit for helping to shape your idea of body image?

Identify one girls-who-lift struggle you find rewarding.

What should be The Rock’s next big export?

Devon House ice-cream.

Do protectionist measures take into account enough of the nuances of international trade?

Yes. Jamaica is one of those countries that operate an open trade and we are signatory to most, if not all, WTO conventions.

E-commerce continues to grow exponentially. how can The Rock better connect to this retail framework?

Similar to

Amazon or

eBay, creating a platform where Jamaican products and services are accessible to the world would be ideal. Some business owners lack the resources needed to not only market their products or services but also make it available worldwide. Providing a medium for small businesses (SMEs) to expand internationally will cement the country’s retail framework.

Where is the greatest need for artificial intelligence in the world of shipping?

Preventing the proliferation of nuclear weapons taking into consideration the recent concerns of missile testing by different countries. Detecting and minimising the movement of illicit radioactive materials and weapons of mass destruction through the ports will mitigate possible adverse effects to international trade.

Why does local customs remain so impenetrable, especially for end users?

It’s the mental perception the public has of the JCA, particularly as it involves the payment of duties and taxes. The agency has changed greatly with the implementation of ASYCUDA World and the adoption of a risk-based approach towards its day-to-day operations.

In reference to her impending appearance at the Costume Institute Gala next month in Manhattan, American reality star Kim Kardashian recently tweeted, “The flu can be an amazing diet. So happy it came in time for the Met lol #6lbsdown.” What would be your @reply in 140 characters?

“Being a public figure one would expect that you would be more responsible with your comments in relation to weight loss #flushotsforweightloss”

“By any means necessary” — how does this apply to your own desire for respect and personalised rights/freedoms?

Personal rights must be respected as long as they do not infringe on the rights of others.
